About The Position

Connor Consulting provides highly specialized accounting and advisory solutions to ensure contract, license, and royalty compliance. The company has experienced enormous growth since its inception in 2009. The practice has more than doubled in size every year and is presently serving as a trusted advisor to a broad range of clientele in various industries across the globe, including clients from Fortune 500 companies. Connor’s continued pursuit for excellence in the delivery of professional contract compliance services has gained trust and recognition of the world’s largest software vendors. The company’s experienced teams ensure our clients are served by the best and most tenured industry experts. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and experienced Controller to lead our global accounting operations as we scale the firm in revenue and global reach. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Controller will own the month-end close, financial reporting, technical accounting, audit and the operational integrity of our recently implemented systems landscape, including NetSuite. This is a private equity–backed, high-growth platform with an active M&A roadmap, and the Controller will be a critical partner in scaling the finance function to support that trajectory. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical accountant and operator with deep expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition across complex professional services fee structures, multi-currency consolidations, and post-close integration of acquired entities. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, PE-backed global environment.
