The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with the analytical depth to provide leadership with the financial clarity needed to make informed decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Controller or senior financial management role
  • Background in healthcare, insurance, or a related industry strongly preferred
  • Strong command of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance functions
  • Experience with commissions structures and payroll oversight
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • High-energy, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly to leadership
  • Must be available to work on-site in Monsey, NY

Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial reporting and manage the monthly close process
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across the division
  • Manage commissions tracking and provide oversight of payroll functions
  • Supervise accounts receivable and accounts payable operations
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and lead audit and internal control processes
  • Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights that inform strategic decision-making
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and proactively develop solutions to improve financial performance
