About The Position

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the organization's financial health is accurately reported. As a key member of the management team, you will collaborate with leadership to develop financial strategies, provide critical insights, and drive informed decision-making. This role is located in beautiful Liberty Lake, WA.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial controlling and accounting roles with increasing responsibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Strong proficiency in US GAAP and international financial reporting standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, present findings effectively, and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and financial management tools.
  • Proven experience working within an international team across multiple time zones.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Oversee corporate accounting, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Provide actionable financial insights and analysis to support key business decisions and investments.
  • Manage and mentor the financial team, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks while establishing effective internal controls and robust processes.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including investors and financial institutions, to maintain strong relationships.
  • Monitor financial performance and cost estimates to ensure accurate forecasting and timely reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and international financial reporting standards.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance financial processes and reporting accuracy.
  • Support the accurate setup, performance, and maintenance of projects and contracts in compliance with company policies.
