Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting (CPA preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
  • Multi-site or healthcare experience strongly preferred
  • Strong GAAP, reporting, and financial analysis skills
  • Experience with revenue cycle management (RCM)
  • Advanced Excel and systems experience
  • A leadership style that is hands-on, direct, and accountable
