About The Position

We are looking for someone who can become a trusted long-term financial leader and strategic partner to ownership. This person will co-manage/co-oversee all accounting, treasury, and financial operations, financial reporting across all entities, cash flow forecasting and capital planning, banking relationships and lending structures, lease portfolio financial oversight, and investment analysis and entity management. Maintaining confidential all information gathered, exposed to or generated is critical.

Requirements

• CPA license required
• 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience
• Background in privately held or family-owned business
• Experience with commercial real estate, construction, development, and distribution business
• Experience managing multiple entities and investment structures
• Strong banking, lender, and cash flow management experience
• Tax strategy awareness and experience
• Ability to work directly with ownership/family leadership
• Long-term trust and discretion working directly with ownership
• Strong operational discipline and strategic decision-making ability

• Ability to work alongside outside CPA/legal teams
