About The Position
The Controller provides financial leadership and oversight for the hospitality program, managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance to support strong financial performance and accountability. The role oversees accounting operations and coordinates with operational leaders on financial planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of financial management experience.
- Experience managing budgets and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with accounting systems and financial software.

- CPA or advanced accounting certification.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting and accounting operations.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor financial performance and cost controls.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Support leadership with financial analysis and reporting.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain internal controls and financial documentation.
- Partner with operational leaders on financial planning.
