About The Position

To lead all aspects of the company’s accounting and financial operations by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting, forecasting, and controls, while serving as a proactive financial leader who develops strong teams and scalable systems to support business growth.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years’ experience in Accounting/Finance
  • Progressive leadership experience
  • Experience with financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting
  • Excellent fit to City Wide Facility Solutions core values and mission
  • Highly detail-oriented and excellent follow-through on commitments
  • Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and CRM database.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company strategy, operational goals and GAAP standards.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements, oversee cash flow management, forecasting, and liquidity planning to maintain financial stability.
  • Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and models to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning. Monitor performance against budget and provide variance analysis and actionable insights to leadership.
  • Establish, document, and continuously improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and scalability. Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows across accounting operations.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing accounting team by fostering accountability, professional development, and operational excellence. Set clear expectations and drive consistent performance.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Identify and mitigate financial risks while maintaining strong internal controls.
  • Partner with leadership teams across the organization to provide financial insights, support business initiatives, and guide data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee financial systems and reporting tools, ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and alignment with business needs. Lead initiatives to enhance financial visibility and reporting capabilities.
