Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred, but not required.
• Proven experience as a Controller, or senior financial manager, preferably in the automotive dealership industry.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and dealership financial software systems.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of accounting and financial reporting, including month-end close, audits, and tax filings.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning and decision making.
• Ensure compliance with dealership, local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards.
• Lead cash flow management, banking relationships, and capital expenditure planning.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and internal controls.
• Provide financial insights and reporting to ownership and stakeholders.
• Support dealerships’ operational departments by providing timely financial advice and analysis.
