About The Position

Our facility stamps the high-quality sheet metal for the Ford Explorer and the Ford Transit, two of the most iconic and successful vehicles in the Ford portfolio. Finance strategically partners with operations to drive outstanding business results and enhance Ford’s industry leadership. We are seeking a high-energy, visionary Plant Controller to lead a dynamic finance team and serve as the primary financial co-pilot to our plant leadership. This is not a "behind-the-desk" accounting role. We want a dynamic business partner and change agent who can translate complex financial data into real-time operational strategies, influence key decision-makers, and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
