At General Motors, our product teams are redefining mobility. Through a human-centered design process, we create vehicles and experiences that are designed not just to be seen, but to be felt. We’re turning today’s impossible into tomorrow’s standard —from breakthrough hardware and battery systems to intuitive design, intelligent software, and next-generation safety and entertainment features. Every day, our products move millions of people as we aim to make driving safer, smarter, and more connected, shaping the future of transportation on a global scale. This position is responsible for creating, communicating, and managing various types of ‘program’ plans and ensuring the on-time delivery of an embedded controller and/or its sub-components. In addition, you will lead the Daily Stand-Up meeting with key partners to ensure all requirements and tasks are met on-time with "world's best" quality. You will also lead and establish technical direction for both internal (GM) and external (supplier) engineering support personnel. This position includes frequent written and oral communication with executive leadership. Lastly, this role contains a high level of cross-functional responsibility with limited formal authority, providing excellent opportunities for developing and honing the skill of influencing others.
