About the role We are looking for a Control Room Specialist - Concentrator Operations, to support safe, efficient, and optimized process operations from the central control room, including real-time monitoring, coordinating field teams, and ensuring the effective execution of production plans. This role is responsible for responding to alarms, troubleshooting process issues, and partnering closely with field operators and maintenance teams to manage routine operations, startups, shutdowns, and process upsets. As the operational hub, you will make timely, informed decisions to maintain production targets while prioritizing safety. This is an opportunity to apply your control room expertise and make a direct impact on copper production performance.
