In addition to competitive pay and performance incentives, eligible employees can take advantage of the following benefits: As a Control Room Operator, your primary responsibility is to successfully complete all required training objectives and develop the skills necessary for promotion to the Operations Specialist position (SRP's Control Room title). The Control Room Operator is involved in all aspects of operating a power generation facility. Depending on the facility, operating personnel may also perform maintenance-related functions in addition to operational duties. The scope and complexity of these maintenance responsibilities vary by facility and may not be specifically listed below; however, they are considered an expected part of the role. Because the Control Room Operator position is a designated training role with a defined training period, it is not eligible as an upgrade position for an O&M 3 Operator. Seeking experienced Combined Cycle power plant Control Room Operator. Preferably with GE 7FA combustion turbines and GE D11 steam turbines. Experience with GE Mark VIe turbine control system and Foxboro balance of plant control system.
