Requirements
- 2+ years of industrial electrical or control panel wiring experience.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and use hand tools/test equipment confidently.
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Technical degree or electrical trade cert is a plus.
- Experience with UL 508A panels, NEC standards, VFDs/PLCs, or a Journeyman Electrician certification.
Responsibilities
- Wire, test, and troubleshoot UL 508A industrial control panels and automation systems using electrical schematics.
- Route, label, and terminate wiring for PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, motor starters, and power distribution equipment.
- Conduct continuity checks, pre-power inspections, and assist with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
- Diagnose wiring errors or electrical faults and maintain redline documentation for Engineering.
- Follow strict OSHA, electrical safety, and Lockout/Tagout protocols.
