About The Position

Under the direction of the Utility Manager, the Control Panel Assembler performs electrical wiring and assembly to assemble control panels and enclosures for industrial ovens. Wisconsin Oven Corporation has been designing, engineering, and manufacturing industrial ovens and other heating equipment since 1973. Our custom and standard industrial ovens are used for a multitude of applications including heat treating, finishing, drying, or curing. Wisconsin Oven customers cover a wide range of industries including aerospace/military, automotive, commercial heat treating, and energy/oil to name a few.

Requirements

• Read technical drawings, reports, and work instructions.
• Assemble control panels and enclosures, including drilling and tapping, as needed.
• Perform electrical wiring and assembly.
• Develop working relationships with Electrical Engineering and other departments to address and resolve issues.
• Participate in cross functional teams to address and resolve manufacturing, design, and quality problems, and to ensure the continuous improvement of processes and methods.
