About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Control Panel Assembler to join our Plant Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for wiring electrical components into control panels used across our manufacturing facilities. Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with electrical assembly
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Familiar with power tools
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Able to read and understand engineering assembling drawings
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Knowledge of safe working procedures and practices
• Able to effectively communicate and problem-solve with supervisors and team members
• Good command of written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Perform wiring in panels with all kinds of electrical components, e.g. relays, busbars, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, CTs, PTs, meters, terminals, switches, etc.
• Perform tasks involving physical labour and operate hand and power tools
• Assembly of wiring and electrical components, using hand and power tools as needed
• Quality control of products
• Other general operational duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
