About The Position

Join the CORE Central Program and help drive issue management and data quality execution in a highly collaborative, agile environment. You will support reporting, dashboards, process improvement, and meeting management to strengthen visibility into control performance and issue resolution. The role offers broad exposure while you build analytical, communication, and execution skills. As a Firmwide Control Management Program Analyst in the Compliance and Operational Risk Evaluation (CORE) Central Program, you will support issue management and data quality execution through reporting, dashboards, process improvement, and meeting management. Control Management is part of the first line of defense, partnering with the business and corporate functions to prevent, detect, and monitor compliance and operational risks—supporting operational excellence and helping the firm meet its client commitments. You will help ensure accurate documentation and timely, effective reporting of compliance and operational risk, improving visibility into control performance and issue resolution. Working across multiple workstreams, you will track actions, drive on-time delivery, and implement improvements through streamlined reporting and automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a relevant field of expertise.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables.
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Comfort engaging with stakeholders and building relationships.
  • Self-motivated approach and ability to contribute across departments with risk awareness and delivery focus.
  • Familiarity with AI and usage of Large Language Models (LLM)

Nice To Haves

  • Tableau dashboarding skills.
  • Familiarity with Alteryx or other data analysis/manipulation tools.
  • Experience with process automation and improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare for and manage Firmwide working groups, including agendas, materials, minutes, action tracking, and coordination of Teams/SharePoint content.
  • Execute activities supporting the CORE Data Quality Program, including tracking, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Develop ad-hoc reporting and analysis using Excel and other approved tools to support program needs and leadership requests.
  • Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards (Tableau and on-demand dashboards) to improve visibility and monitoring.
  • Support issue management governance & oversight and ad-hoc activities.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and processes; contribute to automation and continuous improvement efforts (including Alteryx where applicable).
  • Manage multiple deliverables by maintaining strong organization, clear stakeholder communications, and delivery against timelines.
  • Partner with stakeholders across workstreams to define reporting/dashboard enhancements, align on requirements, and drive implementation to agreed milestones.
