The Control Engineer is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving facility and utility control systems within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role focuses on PLC programming, troubleshooting, system support, and assisting with automation improvements related to facility and utility operations including HVAC, boilers, electrical systems, water systems, and other plant infrastructure. The position supports operational reliability and equipment performance through hands-on controls engineering, system troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role primarily supports Siemens/Mitsubishi PLC systems and assists with automation modifications, system optimization, and facility process improvements within the Energy Engineering team.
