About The Position

You’ll reach beyond the bounds of your team to partner across the enterprise and find solutions for Logistics. And you’ll intimately understand our owned fulfillment network and how to get the most out of it for the lowest possible cost. As a Control Center Coordinator, you’ll work safely, quickly and efficiently to accurately manage multiple tasks within the distribution center to ensure our stores and guests are able to receive the merchandise that they need. As a Control Center Tech you will monitor both internal and external system information real time to understand freight flow and performance. You will analyze data and create reports using Microsoft Office Suite and use the information to drive effective decision making and problem solving. In your job you will communicate with all levels in the building and escalate issues when necessary. You will manage daily planning and batching of guest orders in support of online fulfillment. In this role, you will create, update, and communicate order summary reports and support cycle counting and inventory as well as provide detailed information to team members regarding order information. Your duties may include duties as assigned by the Production Controller including inter-departmental projects, such as managing inventory levels and placing orders for indirect materials used within the center, and researching merchant and customer issues. This is a critical role within our facilities that collects and maintains reporting and historical data, problem solves unforeseen issues and recommends solutions to enable effective and efficient workflows. Requirements

  • Maintains a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
