Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or Control.
- Proficiency in Rockwell PLCs (GuardLogix, ControlLogix, CompactLogix, SLC500, MicroLogix, PLC5), Panel View Plus HMIs, Point I/O, and Power Flex VFDs.
- Experience with PLC & HMI programming in Studio5000, RSLogix5000, FTView ME/SE, Connected Component Workbench.
- Working knowledge of Wonderware, Archestra, FT Batch, Plant PAX, PackML, PackTag, and OPERA programming standards.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings, P&IDs, and technical documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Experience with multi-discipline and vendor coordination for new equipment installation.
- Exposure to safety validation and IQ/OQ processes.
- Familiarity with large-scale project environments and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Support installation, commissioning, start-up, and troubleshooting for diverse control and automation projects.
- Design robust Control System Architectures, electrical/control panel layouts, schematics, and Bill of Materials.
- Develop and modify PLC and HMI programs using Rockwell Software (Studio5000, RSLogix5000, FTView ME & SE) and Wonderware platforms.
- Lead SCADA project development tailored to customer requirements.
- Execute safety validation, safety mapping, and documentation for new equipment installations.
- Perform feasibility studies, prepare detailed engineering documents including cable schedules, device lists, and P&IDs.
- Review vendor and engineering documentation to ensure project compliance and quality.
- Integrate equipment and systems into existing plant infrastructure and support ongoing operations.
- Conduct troubleshooting, yellow lining, IQ/OQ, and loss analysis using historical data.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and vendors to ensure successful project delivery within budget and timeline.
- Ensure strict adherence to standards such as NEC, NFPA79, OSHA, S88, and PackML.
