About The Position

ProSidian seeks a Control Account Manager | Control Account Management (CAM) for Program Support on an Exempt Basis for Working On-Site (Client Site) in The Southeast | South Atlantic | CONUS Area (Aiken, South Carolina). This is a Contract Contingent role, generally located across the Aiken, South Carolina region, supporting a High-hazard nuclear cleanup environment requiring disciplined staffing, safety, quality, security, and regulatory compliance. The role is aligned with GSA Labor Category: Project Controls Senior Engineer PC100. This role shall be principally focused on ProSidian Strategic Resourcing and Professional Staff Augmentation for Control Account Management (CAM) Solutions and Services. We seek Control Account Manager candidates with relevant Nuclear And Environmental Management Sector Experience to support professional services engagement for clients such as SRMC. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Control Account Management (CAM) Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional role, however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. The Control Account Manager will provide services and support aligned with the Control Account Management (CAM) Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the Nuclear And Environmental Management Industry Sector. This role focuses on Human Capital | Project Management | Engineering | Environmental | Compliance | Risk Management | IT Effectiveness | Business Process | Training Knowledge Management Solutions for clients such as Savannah River Mission Completion, LLC (SRMC) | SRMC Supply Chain / Procurement supporting the Liquid Waste Program under DOE prime contract 89303322DEM000068. The position is generally located in Aiken, South Carolina and across the Southeast | South Atlantic | CONUS Region, working On-Site (Client Site). The Control Account Manager will provide Control Account Management (CAM) Services and Solutions as a ProSidian Engagement Team Member, supporting control-account activities through planning, analysis, coordination, documentation, compliance, quality assurance, performance measurement, and stakeholder support.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge of project controls, cost and schedule management, budgeting, forecasting, performance measurement, and control-account administration.
  • Ability to interpret technical scope and convert it into executable work packages and measurable items.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or a related technical/business discipline preferred.
  • Typically 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in project controls, project management, engineering, construction, operations, cost management, scheduling, or related functions, including experience managing or supporting control accounts.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and directly relevant experience may be considered subject to SRMC requirements.
  • DOE, nuclear, EPC, environmental remediation, capital-project, or other highly regulated project experience strongly preferred.
  • PMP, EVP, AACE, scheduling, cost-engineering, or related certification is advantageous but not assumed mandatory unless specified by SRMC.
  • Primarily focused on Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services initiatives and aligned with Program Support activities Control Account Management (CAM) Functional Area Activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned control accounts within an integrated project baseline.
  • Develop and maintain: Project scope, Schedule, Budget, Milestones, Resource requirements, Performance measurement criteria.
  • Establish and maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS) alignment.
  • Maintain work authorization documentation.
  • Coordinate with: Project Management, Engineering, Project Controls, Finance, Procurement, Construction, Operations, and Other functional organizations.
  • Review actual costs, commitments, accruals, progress, forecasts, and schedule status.
  • Perform earned value and variance analysis.
  • Prepare variance explanations and corrective-action recommendations.
  • Maintain Estimates at Completion (EAC) and project forecasts.
  • Identify cost, schedule, technical, and resource risks.
  • Support baseline changes and change-control packages.
  • Support corrective actions and management reviews.
  • Validate supporting documentation and data quality.
  • Prepare: Status reports, Dashboards, Performance metrics, Management briefings.
  • Support internal and external audits, surveillance activities, assessments, and reviews.
  • Ensure assigned work complies with: Applicable procedures, Project-control requirements, Quality expectations, Contractual requirements.
  • Participate in: Planning meetings, Schedule reviews, Risk reviews, Performance-management discussions.
