About The Position

Play a pivotal role in driving the success of the cutting-edge SPY-6 program! This onsite position at our customer facility in Moorestown, NJ, offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in financial and program controls. You’ll collaborate with Cross-Product Teams (CPTs) to shape and deliver accurate Estimates at Completion (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE), while managing subcontractor IOTs and ensuring streamlined budget charging across platforms. From analyzing variances and generating impactful reports to managing material budgets and supporting leadership with financial insights, you’ll be at the heart of program execution. Be a key contributor in programmatic reviews (PAR, IBR, PMR) and drive innovative process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management Value System).
  • Experience with CAM or/and proposals.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

  • Proven ability to meet critical deadlines while delivering high-quality work.
  • Hands-on experience with RTX programs, processes, and tools.
  • Familiarity with PMX systems, including LRE ETC submissions, EV reporting, and BCR generation/approval.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work with CPT’s to define and submit EAC and LRE inputs to the program
  • Manage and ensure appropriate charging across platforms on the SPY6 program
  • Manage subcontractor IOT’s
  • Define and understand monthly variances to Budget and EAC positions, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Ensure timely PMX inputs and accurate Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) and Estimates at Completion (EAC)
  • Generate clear and concise Variance (VAR) reports.
  • Manage material budgets as well as Purchase Requests
  • Partner with IPTs/CPTs for initial scope baselining and other activities.
  • Communicate and support CPT Leadership on financial and scheduling questions.
  • Participate in Programmatic Meetings/Reviews (PAR, IBR, PMR, etc.).
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
