Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the homebuying process from contract to close
  • Support communication between buyers, lenders, sales, and internal teams
  • Ensure timelines, paperwork, and communication stay accurate and on track
  • Manage a high-volume of files in a deadline-driven environment
  • Help create a smooth, positive experience for every buyer
  • Support the sales team with transaction coordination and follow-up tasks
