About The Position

Dick Hannah Dealerships is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for processing all vehicle sales from the sales department, auditing paperwork to ensure compliance with dealership, state, and federal regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities

• Audits paperwork received from sales departments to ensure paperwork is in compliance with Hannah, DOL and DOR requirements.
• Communicates with sales staff regarding any deficiencies in paperwork.
• Audits accounting of vehicle sales.
• Posts accounting into the general ledger using computer system, making sure that the gross profit posted into accounting agrees with the gross profit in sales.
• Audits and maintains inventory schedules, including reconciling flooring at the end of each month.
• Produces an outstanding deal list for office managers each day, keeping track of deals nearing 20-day mark.
• Regular attendance.
