Delivers and supports Engagement Team initiatives for Comprehensive Procedural Support For Savannah River Nuclear Solution’s (SRNS) Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) by Leading and delivering on integrated PMO governance, regulatory compliance, contract optimization, and process engineering to design, document, implement, train, and continuously improve end-to-end C&SCM procedures, ensuring compliant, efficient, audit-ready procurement and supply chain execution aligned with FAR, DEAR, DOE, NNSA, and evolving mission requirements. Core Functions: Execute integrated program governance, regulatory compliance analysis, and strategic advisory to design, develop, document, visualize, implement, and sustain standardized Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) procedures—encompassing end-to-end acquisition lifecycle modeling, training and change management, operational deployment, performance monitoring, continuous improvement, and long-term compliance maintenance aligned with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation (DEAR), Department of Energy (DOE) directives, and Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS) requirements. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Prepare contracts; manage vendor interactions; ensure compliance.
  • Executes procurement and contracting functions aligned to standardized procedures.
  • Drives Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) procedural transformation ensuring FAR — Federal Acquisition Regulation, DEAR — Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation, and NSA — National Nuclear Security Administration alignment, and enterprise integration.
  • Lead/execute analysis of contracts and regulations; develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)s, process maps, and templates; support training; ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Regulatory analysis, technical writing, procurement lifecycle expertise, stakeholder engagement, training delivery, analytics.
  • Analytical thinking, communication, compliance discipline, leadership (senior roles), adaptability, collaboration.
  • Supports 5-year Nuclear And Environmental Management Energy, Infrastructure, And Environment engagement; hybrid delivery with possible onsite badging; supports ~360 personnel.
