The Contracts & Price Increase Manager is responsible for managing customer contract administration, commercial terms review, and price increase strategy for our Industrial Services and Technical Services lines of business. This role oversees the full contract lifecycle across customers, vendor, subcontractor, transportation, fuel surcharge, disposal, and strategic service agreements. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, IS & TS, with a dotted line to VP of Legal, this role will serve as a key cross-functional partner to Corporate Finance, Legal, Sales, Operations, Payroll, and leadership to ensure contracts are commercially sound, financially aligned, and compliant with applicable federal, state, and local requirements. This position plays a critical role in reviewing, negotiating, and administering service agreements, amendments, renewals, and price adjustment provisions across a multi-state operating environment. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in contract management, commercial pricing, and regulated environmental services business, with experience of prevailing wage requirements, public sector or infrastructure-related service contracts, and multi-jurisdiction compliance.
