About The Position

Renewable energy is one of the fastest-growing industries today and we want you to join our growing team! Nor-Cal Controls provides controls solutions for utility-scale renewable energy power plants, and we are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our growing team! As the Contracts Manager, you will analyze and review contracts, and negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients on the company’s behalf. This position is open to in-office, hybrid, or 100% remote work options. The hiring salary for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 annually with benefits.

Requirements

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret legal and technical documents.
• Proactive self-starter.
• Negotiation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or law-related field.
• 3+ years of paralegal or equivalent contract management/administration experience.
• Construction industry experience preferred; fundamental knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, standards, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review contracts.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients on the company’s behalf.
• Identify areas of risk in proposals and contracts and present alternatives.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
