About The Position

Choice Property Resources is a well-established, business-to-business professional services firm in growth mode. The Contracts Manager position oversees telecommunications and other service agreements on behalf of our multi-family property clients. This is not a contract administration role. You will negotiate directly with national service providers on six- and seven-figure agreements, evaluate complex business opportunities, and help clients make decisions that affect property value, resident experience, and long-term revenue. It's a great fit for someone with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a real "figure it out" factor. This person will work from a home office in the Columbus, Ohio metro area and have the willingness to travel up to 5% of the time for staff and vendor meetings. This is a fully remote role and is open to individuals who reside within 75 miles of the Central Ohio area only. To work from home, you do need a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions and background noise. The position is limited to Central Ohio due to periodic in-person team meetings and onboarding requirements. Requirements

Detail oriented and have critical thinking skills
Experience effectively managing and prioritizing a large volume of tasks and projects while staying organized

Communicate effectively with others and understand what matters to different audiences
Work independently, implement a plan and meet deadlines
Intermediate skills with Excel
Two years of experience in related field
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
Ability to work from home office

Nice To Haves

Four-year degree from accredited university or college preferred
Experience utilizing Salesforce and Microsoft Office Professional is a plus
Experience with telecommunications, multifamily, construction, vended laundry, business class services, enterprise telecom services, and/or rooftop / cell antennae leases is a plus

Responsibilities

Vet client properties with vendors for existing provider agreements
Review and interpret existing agreements to capture key terms
Identify opportunities with vendors for new and/or competitive proposals
Negotiate business and financial terms of proposals
Prepare detailed proposal summaries for client presentations, including financial projections
Proof draft contracts
Manage a high volume of projects and tasks for a growing B2B business

Benefits

Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience
