About The Position

As part of our Contracts management team, you will own the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, from initial negotiation through drafting, execution, renewal, and amendment, while continuing to drive our push toward automation and standardization. You will be responsible for the integrity and efficient completion of all contracts with our data partners and customers. Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment are key to this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of progressive contract management experience
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms or other contract automation tools
  • Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and management
  • Understanding of contract law and its application in a regulated environment
  • Methodical with a keen attention to detail
  • Accurate and highly organized with data and documents
  • Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality both internally and externally
  • Passionate about supporting sales and leadership teams
  • A self-starter that enjoys working in a small, rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
  • A clear communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple competing priorities and deadlines
  • A collaborative partner who builds strong relationships across departments
  • Adaptable, with the ability to navigate ambiguity as the organization grows

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred field of study: business administration, law, or health care administration
  • Paralegal certificate preferred
  • Healthcare related contracting experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support our Sales team as they develop and complete sales contracts
  • Provide expertise in contract drafting, review, and interpretation, ensuring agreements meet regulatory and compliance standards
  • Prepare standardized sales agreements and coordinate approvals within our internal teams
  • Own timely execution of commercial agreements while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer service
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for contract-related issues
  • Manage contract renewals and amendments, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Coordinate the ongoing monitoring and auditing of contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Continue to drive our automated process for building and managing our contracts
  • Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers regarding contracts
  • Identify gaps and risk issues as they relate to contracting processes
  • Perform other contract administration oversight as assigned
  • Work to integrate and scale our contracting processes to support an expanding data ecosystem and growing contract value
