MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT: As a Contracts Manager, you will be trusted to organize and lead a contracts team with responsibilities to support specific lines of business. In this role, you will be required to: Negotiate contracts, including price, terms and conditions, and reviews contractual documents for legal sufficiency prior to execution Ensure program compliance with relevant contractual terms and conditions and compliance with designated management objectives Provide guidance and work leadership to assigned contract professionals while completing supervisory responsibilities Serve as point of contact with internal departments concerning specific contract questions, issues and provide resolution Review and prepare requests for proposals Interpret contractual work requirements and obligations Maintain current knowledge of relevant contractual procedures and practices Participate in special projects, as required
