Based out of the Grimsby office, the Contracts Manager will provide contract and construction law information, tools, and guidelines in accordance with Company policy, standard industry practice, and scope of work obligations required to achieve signed agreements with customers. Reporting to the Director of Project Delivery, the successful incumbent will have accountability for complex contract revisions, comprehensive risk assessments, change management, and managing difficult relationships. Oversee, train, and document all day-to-day and monthly activities involved in contract review and negotiation on all active projects, as well as supporting Sales in the review of agreements included in the bidding process and completion of Subcontractor Prequalification applications as required.
