This role sits at the intersection of legal, business, and production, supporting a high volume of deals while keeping teams organized, prepared, and on track. The ideal candidate has some exposure to contracts, production, or business operations, and is ready to take on more responsibility. They should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable figuring things out as they go. Omaha Productions is an innovative entertainment company dedicated to creating content that uplifts and unifies, specializing in television, digital media, podcasts, commercials, and live events.

Requirements

  • Experience drafting and negotiating agreements such as sponsorship, commercial, MSA, SOW, and production-related contracts, including talent agreements, location releases, and production services agreements
  • Strong understanding of basic contract structure and terminology, with the ability to work from templates and identify when to escalate questions or issues
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of work and keep track of multiple moving pieces without letting anything slip
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset. You take ownership, follow through, and don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Ability to adapt quickly, shift priorities, and stay focused in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across teams to keep projects aligned and progressing

Responsibilities

  • Draft and manage a high volume of contracts, focusing on standard agreements and production-related documents
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle from intake through execution, including tracking key deal terms, deadlines, and obligations
  • Support production teams by ensuring all required documentation and approvals are in place before shoots
  • Maintain contract trackers and systems with accurate, up-to-date information and clear visibility across teams
  • Step in where needed to solve problems, follow up on loose ends, and take ownership of the operational details that keep projects moving
