About The Position

Requirements

Contract life cycle experience including proposals, negotiations, administration, and closeout.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, and PowerPoint).
Ability to obtain a security clearance.
Possess basic working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS).
5+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.

Contract drafting experience and experience with various contract types and contracting vehicles

Candidate should be a proactive self-starter who is detail and teamwork oriented
Capable of working independently with general supervision

Responsibilities

Performing contracts management functions from capture through proposal, contract award, and all phases of contract administration.
Providing business advice and guidance to and coordinating with other functions to effectively manage a breadth of responsibilities.
Serving as an authorized, empowered representative for the Company as an interface with Customer buying representatives.
Coordinating solutions to contractual issues and Customer concerns related to Company performance.
Ensuring contractual compliance with all laws and regulations, and adherence to Delegation of Authority and approval requirements.
