About The Position

You will be the Financial Analyst Staff for the THAAD Production Finance Team. Requirements

  • Generally has 5+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
  • Experience establishing / managing program cost baselines
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Experience conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel

  • Bachelor's degree focus in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
  • Financial Customer Reporting
  • Program Financial Planning Analysis (Orders, Sales, Profit and Cash)
  • CSR and LRP Generation
  • Preparing accompanying analysis and recommendations for presentation to various levels of leadership
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Experience with developing and reporting business metrics
  • Knowledge of Government contracting and pricing
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Long‑Range Planning (LRP) and managing financial metrics for the business area
  • Communicating financial performance to senior management and providing support for Contract Status Reviews (CSRs)
  • Providing financial leadership and business acumen to program personnel across various functions
  • Preparing budgets and schedules for contract work and performing financial analyses such as funding profiles and variance analysis
  • Ensuring contracts are within negotiated parameters and government cost control guidelines
