You will be the Financial Analyst Staff for the THAAD Production Finance Team. Requirements

Generally has 5+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
Experience establishing / managing program cost baselines
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
Experience conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree focus in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
Financial Customer Reporting
Program Financial Planning Analysis (Orders, Sales, Profit and Cash)
CSR and LRP Generation
Preparing accompanying analysis and recommendations for presentation to various levels of leadership
Demonstrated leadership experience
Experience with developing and reporting business metrics
Knowledge of Government contracting and pricing
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel

Responsibilities

Supporting Long‑Range Planning (LRP) and managing financial metrics for the business area
Communicating financial performance to senior management and providing support for Contract Status Reviews (CSRs)
Providing financial leadership and business acumen to program personnel across various functions
Preparing budgets and schedules for contract work and performing financial analyses such as funding profiles and variance analysis
Ensuring contracts are within negotiated parameters and government cost control guidelines
