About The Position

You will be the Financial Analyst for the Finance Team. Our team is responsible for delivering financial insight and stewardship across multiple programs. What You Will Be Doing As the Financial Analyst you will be responsible for driving program financial performance, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting contract execution.

Requirements

Working knowledge of Earned Value Management Techniques
Strong analytical and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Access)
Self starter/motivated individual.
BS or BA degree in business, or business related field.
Prior analytical and or financial experience
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with LM/MFC systems, practices and procedures and program personnel.
Advanced computer skills with (Excel - pivot tables , PowerPoint, Word, Access, Tableau)
Strong working knowledge of FAR
Experience with SAP, Oracle
Prior proposals experience
Existing security clearance a plus / ability to obtain clearance

Responsibilities

Monitor program performance, develop estimates at completion, and report budget and schedule variances.
Prepare quarterly cost status reports and present financial results to MFC leadership.
Execute contract close‑out activities and support proposal surge efforts.
Collaborate with multifunctional teams to reduce product cost and improve contract performance.
