About The Position

Leidos is seeking a visionary Director of Contracts to drive our Mission Solutions Business Area within the Intel Sector. This role is at the strategic heart of the organization, orchestrating complex relationships that directly support the nation's intelligence community. The Director will lead a dynamic team of contracts professionals while partnering with senior executives, government officials, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that protect and advance national security interests. The position involves strategic relationship management, team development, innovation and process excellence, cross-functional leadership, and performance accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience, or Master's with 10+ years
• Deep knowledge of government contracts, subcontracts, and proposal support
• Minimum 4 years of team leadership experience with proven ability to develop talent
• Expert-level skills in complex terms and conditions negotiations
• Working expertise in FAR/DFAR, OTAs, CRADAs, and commercial agreements
• Active Top Secret/SCI with polygraph required

• Build and maintain key partnerships within the Intelligence Community
• Lead recruitment, career development, and performance management for your contracts organization
• Drive compliance with FAR, DFAR, and other regulatory requirements while implementing cutting-edge solutions
• Collaborate with functional leads to resolve complex contractual challenges
• Deliver results in proposal win-rates, cost savings, compliance, and risk management
