Contracts Coop ( Spring/Summer 2027)
About The Position
The Contracts Coop supports the Contracts team within the Cabin Monuments segment of Collins Aerospace Interiors, serving Military and Commercial Air-framers and airline customers. The role assists the Contracts & Business Management organization with general contracts tasks, including supporting a new contracts repository tool, reviewing contractual documents, and assisting with key Contracts function projects. The co-op works with Contracts Managers and Contracts Administrators for guidance and direction. The role is listed as remote and is based in the United States. Candidates must be U.S. citizens because only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under the program or contract. The position is intended for a student pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities
- Support electronic organization in a new repository tool.
- Provide Contracts Administration support to a small customer or program.
- Support contract terms reviews.
- Create or update tools using Microsoft applications.
- Work on special projects for the Services & Specialty Products Contracts team.
- Network with peers within the Contracts organization and the Interiors business.
