About The Position

The Contracts Consultant coordinates the execution of new and existing contracts between the company and its business partners (Government and non-Government contracts). This role is crucial for ensuring smooth execution of contracts related to Caterpillar's Oil & Gas and Marine Division, which provides superior products and service solutions to the global energy industry and power/propulsion on the water. Responsibilities

Reviews and leads contract execution on products, premium and exposure limits; notifying government and commercial parties of contract terminations, renewals and re-instatements.
Preparing bids, negotiating specifications and contractual provisions regarding compensation plans and business targets.
Ensures execution of order to delivery standard work process to meet complex contractual requirements.
Recommends solutions to ensure alignment to adhere to medium complexity contractual obligations.
