This role monitors contract execution and serves as the holder of agency contracts, MOU's and letters of Agreement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in public administration, nonprofit management, business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5yrs experience in contract administration, compliance monitoring, quality assurance, preferably in a non-profit or public sector environment.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, contract language, and reporting practices.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze statistical data.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Microsoft Office Application skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with contract management systems and process development strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage contract lifecycle including review, execution, amendments, renewals, and close-out
  • Maintain contract records, databases, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Compliance with HIPAA and other state and AgeSpan internal confidentiality requirements
  • Oversee AGE program related contract changes in A&D
  • Management of rate database for AGE funded programs
  • Collaborate with contract business leads regarding contractual expectations, deliverables, timelines, and reporting requirements
  • Coordinate with finance, programs, and leadership to align contract budgets, invoicing, and compliance needs
  • Manage the vendor contracting and contract amendment processes.
  • Support the Provider network RFP process
  • Management of Contract reporting
  • Attend ASAP Contract Manager meetings and/or other related meetings as
  • Attend bi-monthly internal Integrated Operations Committee meetings
  • Ensure agency adherence to federal, state, local, and funder regulations
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to staff on contract requirements and compliance practices
  • Maintain file records in accordance with EOEA regulations regarding Home Care standards and indicators for the Procurement Process (PI 90-27).
  • In collaboration with HR, maintain a centralized system for tracking policies and compliance with staff acknowledgement of new and revised policies
  • Partner with program leadership to strengthen operational efficiency and contract performance
  • Recommend improvements to contract management systems, workflows, and tracking tools
  • Collaborate with the Provider Relations Manager to support internal compliance reviews and external monitoring or audits.
  • Provide data related to contract reporting
