About The Position

This role is for a Co-op, Contracts supporting the Contracts team at various Collins Aerospace Interiors business sites. The position will assist with general contracts tasks, including supporting efforts for a new contracts repository tool, reviewing contractual documents, and supporting key projects for the Contracts function. The co-op will work closely with Contracts Managers and Contracts Administrators for guidance and direction. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session running from January to August, requiring students to take a semester off from coursework to fully engage in this working mentorship opportunity.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Business, Prelaw, English or relevant degree and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
• Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co-op session.
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems.
• Must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).

• Support electronic organization in a new repository tool
• Provide Contracts Administration support to a small Customer or program
