About The Position

Regional West Health Services is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contracts & Grants Administrator to support the coordination and management of contracts and grant-related activities across the organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring contracts and grants are effectively tracked, documented, and aligned with regulatory, financial, and organizational requirements. The position will collaborate closely with all departments throughout the Health System to support the full lifecycle of contracts and grants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, Compliance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of experience in contract administration, grants, finance, compliance, or related administrative roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Experience tracking approvals, maintaining documentation, and preparing reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing upcoming deadlines and checking the status of contracts or approvals.
  • Coordinating with teams across the Health System to move agreements forward and ensure proper documentation.
  • Updating tracking systems.
  • Maintaining organized records.
  • Preparing simple status updates for leadership.
  • Researching grant opportunities.
  • Gathering information for grant applications.
  • Assisting in the preparation of grant applications.
  • Monitoring timelines.
  • Identifying gaps in documentation or processes.
  • Ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
