About The Position

TopBuild is seeking a Contracts Analyst to join their team. This role is responsible for mitigating financial and business risk by ensuring customer contracts are processed and executed in compliance with established policies and procedures. The Contracts Analyst will correspond with internal and external customers, review and prepare contract documentation, provide field support for insurance compliance, and collaborate with the Contracts team on other duties and projects. This is a hybrid role requiring three days of in-person presence at the Daytona Beach office each week, with a greater onsite presence needed during training.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Business or Risk Management
  • At least 18 years of age
  • 1-3 Years in Contract Review preferred
  • Customer Service shared services environment, preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Certificates of Insurance, preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) certification

Responsibilities

  • Drive compliance with Customer Contracts Policies and Procedures
  • Process customer contracts review requests effectively and efficiently by attaching addendums or redlining agreements within service levels.
  • Order Certificates of Insurance in accordance with contractual requirements and Risk Management Guidelines.
  • Provide complete and timely responses to internal and external requests for information.
  • Support the insurance renewal process in partnership with Risk Management.
  • Communicate regularly with team members to coordinate work flow and keep tasks on schedule.
  • Respond effectively to inquiries and correspondence with internal and external customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers that facilitate risk mitigation while maintaining business relationships.
  • Support Operations and Risk Management with Customer Pre-Qualification and OCIP Enrollment, as needed.
  • Identify gaps in current processes and procedures and develop and implement solutions.
  • Maintain a basic understanding of contract law and industry practices.
  • Maintain flexibility in order to comply with new and evolving processes and procedures.

Benefits

  • Compensation Range: $53,700.00 - $80,500.00
