About The Position

AIT Worldwide Logistics is expanding its Final Mile Service Provider Network and is seeking reliable independent contractors and teams to support strong customer demand. Contractors can earn $40,000–$100,000+ annually, with weekly settlements. Contractors choose the work that fits their schedule, equipment, and capabilities. The more a business is equipped for service types like delivery and assembly (including proper vehicle and team setup), the greater the volume of opportunities available. Service types include Delivery & Assembly (2-person team), Assembly Only (2-person team), and Repair (1-person). Most delivery and assembly work requires a 2-person team (driver + helper). A van, sprinter, or box truck (16’–26’) is typically required for larger product delivery. Sedans/SUVs are limited to assembly only and repair work.

Requirements

Experience delivering, assembling, or repairing products in a customer-facing environment.
Ability to safely handle and assemble large items such as basketball hoops, fitness equipment, furniture, home goods, and backyard products.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable using mobile apps to manage and complete jobs.
Ability to work independently or as part of a 2-person team (except for repair).
Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
Must be physically capable of lifting, delivering, and assembling products.
Must provide and maintain required tools and vehicle(s).
EIN required.
Must meet AIT insurance, registration, and compliance requirements.
DOT/MC authority required for some work.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets AIT standards.
Background checks and drug screens for all owners, drivers, and helpers.
