About The Position
This role is for a Contractor Trainer with a 3-year base term and a potential 2-year extension. The trainer must be able to work onsite in Rancho Cordova, Sacramento, Vacaville, and San Jose, CA. The position requires a minimum of three years of experience within the past seven years leading training for large-scale IT projects and experience in multiple training delivery methods (in person, web-based, multimedia).
Requirements

- Experienced in multiple training delivery methods (in person, web-based, multimedia).
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge and experience of Statistical Analysis System (SAS) and SAS MXG (Merrill’s Expanded Guide) used to extract transform and load existing service usage data from source/mainframe systems.
- Knowledge and experience evaluating IBM’s Z/OS mainframe usage data for System Management Facility (SMF), Hardware Security Modules (HSM), Removable Media Manager (RMM) Tape, Direct Access Storage Devices (DASD) and Adaptable Database System (ADABAS).
- Knowledge of IBM mainframe operating systems and components including Job Control Language (JCL) and Tivoli Usage and Accounting Manager (TUAM).
- Knowledge and experience within data center services and related technologies, including networking, telecommunications, cloud computing, and storage solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead training for large-scale IT projects.
- Deliver training using multiple methods including in-person, web-based, and multimedia.
