About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contractor Specialist to help manage and support our contingent workforce program across the Firm. This role will be hybrid and can be done from any of Cherry Bekaert's US office locations. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in administering the contractor lifecycle, ensuring compliance with internal policies, maintaining accurate documentation, and partnering with stakeholders across multiple business functions. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who enjoys balancing operational excellence, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing the contingent worker lifecycle, contractor administration, or workforce operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience maintaining contract documentation and working within document or contract management systems.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to track, monitor, and report on contractor-related metrics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of contractor, procurement, or contract administration processes.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Paralegal Studies, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage contractor documentation, records, and repositories throughout the contingent worker lifecycle.
  • Coordinate contract approvals, signatures, renewals, and onboarding activities for contingent resources.
  • Monitor contract milestones, renewal dates, and expirations, providing timely updates and follow-up.
  • Administer background screening, independence reviews, and other compliance-related requirements.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards related to contractor activity, status, and key program metrics.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Human Resources, and business stakeholders to support contractor engagement processes.
  • Respond to contractor and stakeholder inquiries while escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve contractor administration workflows and operational processes.
