Contractor Setup Specialist - Home Improvement Financing
About The Position
The Home Improvement Financing Contractor Setup Specialist is responsible for implementing and maintaining the input of contractors, program sponsors, new loan products, rates, fees, ratios, and other functions. Regions Home Improvement Financing, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and independent contractors to provide Point-of-Sale financing capabilities. This enables these partners to provide homeowners with an additional option to pay for various improvements to their homes, benefitting both the contractor partner and the homeowner. This department oversees the onboarding and maintenance of Contractors and Program Sponsors. Program sponsors submit contractors so they can offer our financing to their customers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of related Home Improvement Financing experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Ability to work on a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
Nice To Haves
- Operations, banking, call center or client support experience transfers well for this role.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and maintains status updates to Relationship Managers
- Maintains the Contractor Setup inbox
- Processes daily training activations
- Maintains Contractor Watch List within appropriate systems/platforms
- Initiates setup for Contractors within appropriate systems/platforms
- Updates and maintains Contractors information within appropriate systems/platforms
Benefits
- Eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
