About The Position

This role is responsible for the building and ongoing delivery of Situs AMC’s enterprise reporting strategy. The position builds the processes involved in reporting. They build the technology to disperse critical information and insights to the organization and clients. Working closely with business leaders, vendors and client service managers, the position captures business requirements, creates and administers reports, and reviews others ensure a quality product. This role will have demonstratable experience expanding and building a global Information Technology-based reporting and business intelligence platform. This role may build and mentor other report developers to extract critical information from operational systems and data lakes, expanding the availability of data and information throughout the organization. They will partner closely with other Data, Reporting, and Analytics teams to insure the efficient, accurate and relevant presentation of information.

Requirements

College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Mid-level professional with 2-4 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent.
2-4 years of reporting experience preferred.
Proficient building t-SQL statement is required, preferably in MySQL or MSSQL.
Proficiency in SSRS is required.
1+ years of residential or commercial real estate preferred.
Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong time management and communication skills (written and oral).
Strong analytical ability, good judgment; strategic and multidimensional thinker.
Detail oriented, organized; prompt and regular attendance is required.

Strong commitment and dedication to the position and a team player.

Responsibilities

Under direction, partner with business and technology team members to expand the reporting platform.
Follow the software development lifecycle of the reporting platform.
Create complex t-SQL statements and stored procedures and queries to extract data.
Build reports, data extracts, and visualizations.
Mentor and review junior staff quality of work.
Prompt and regular attendance is required.
Other activities as may be assigned by your manager.
