Contractor Partner - Commercial Cleaning and Facility Services
About The Position
CLEAN 2the KORE is expanding its network of established contractor businesses for facility projects and recurring service opportunities. Contractor partners may specialize in pressure washing and exterior cleaning; carpet cleaning and extraction; interior and exterior painting; commercial and kitchen deep cleaning; floor scrubbing, stripping, and waxing; equipment cleaning; or other facility services. This is a contractor (business-to-business) opportunity, not an employee position. Project opportunities depend on client needs, contractor qualifications, and availability. Pay varies by project. Applicants should provide their company name, contact information, service area, specialties, and a portfolio, which may be uploaded in place of a resume.
Requirements
- Have a team of at least five people.
- Have current business insurance.
- Have an active business license.
- Provide a portfolio of completed work, including project photos.
- Demonstrate reliable communication, professional conduct, and a commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
- Provide facility-related services in the contractor business’s specialties, such as pressure washing, carpet cleaning, painting, deep cleaning, floor care, equipment cleaning, or other facility services.
- Take on facility projects and recurring service opportunities as available, based on client needs, qualifications, and availability.
