About The Position

Nexodus Clean is expanding its independent contractor provider network and seeks dedicated, reliable cleaning professionals to service designated commercial and industrial facilities under independent contractor agreements. This is not an employment position. Providers operate as independent 1099 contractors, using their own methods, equipment, and schedules within the scope of each service agreement.

Services may include general cleaning, floor care, cleaning restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas, minor facility upkeep, and additional agreed tasks such as painting touch-ups or light repairs. Providers must follow site safety protocols and meet hygiene and presentation standards. Providers are responsible for their own tools, transportation, and supplies unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

Requirements

• Ability to safely and effectively operate cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service quality standards.
• Physical capability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for the duration of a service visit.
• Dependable, self-directed work style consistent with independent contractor status.
• Providers are responsible for their own tools, transportation, and supplies unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

Nice To Haves

• Prior janitorial, custodial, or facilities-maintenance experience, especially in commercial or industrial settings.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques such as buffing and stripping.
• Residential painting or industrial cleaning experience; not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in designated areas.
• Provide floor care services such as buffing, polishing, and stripping.
• Use the provider’s own cleaning equipment and supplies for commercial or industrial-grade tasks.
• Service restrooms, break rooms, offices, and other common areas to hygiene and presentation standards.
• Perform minor facility upkeep tasks as scoped in the service agreement.
• Adhere to site safety protocols while performing services.
• Perform additional scoped tasks, such as painting touch-ups or light repairs, when agreed.
