We are seeking a detail‑oriented and organized individual to support our Digital Merchandising Operations team across day‑to‑day ecommerce activities. This role plays an important part in maintaining site accuracy, supporting product launches, and ensuring smooth execution of web merchandising initiatives. As a contractor, you will work closely with the operations and merchandising teams to assist with tasks such as product loads, reporting, site updates, and general e-commerce maintenance. This position offers hands‑on learning opportunities within the ecommerce and web space, along with frequent cross‑functional collaboration, and has the potential to convert to a full‑time role based on performance and business needs. This is a hybrid six‑month contract role, requiring three days per week in the office, with the potential to convert to full‑time depending on business needs and performance.

Requirements

  • Interest in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or web operations.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and consistency.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools (Excel or similar).
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Effective communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams.
  • Ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or progress toward a degree in E‑commerce, Marketing, Merchandising, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior internship, contract, or entry‑level experience in ecommerce, web, or retail is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily digital merchandising operations, including product loads, site updates, and content maintenance within the ecommerce platforms.
  • Assist with reporting and data pulls, helping track site performance, integrations, and new site enhancements.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy of product information, pricing, imagery, and promotional content.
  • Execute basic page and product updates to support promotions, launches, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams such as Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and UX to support site updates and launches.
  • Help document operational processes and support ongoing improvements.
  • Assist with testing new integrations and site enhancements alongside the operations teams.
