About The Position

(RBI) is seeking a Contractor for Content Maintenance to support its portfolio of quick-service restaurant brands, including TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES®, and FIREHOUSE SUBS®. Responsibilities

  • Capture, organize, and distribute operational documentation from internal and external sources, ensuring historical accuracy and accessibility.
  • Organize and manage incoming PCAs, validating Restaurant Lists for accuracy, and updating appropriate repositories.
  • Process incoming invoices in Coupa and maintain accurate financial tracking in spreadsheets.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement menu updates based on business calendars and launch schedules, reviewing system readiness and troubleshooting issues.
  • Execute and validate PHU pan assignment changes, and maintain accurate configuration templates and EDM Share Group data.
  • Work with external vendors to ensure accurate set-up of Thaw/Prep direction for restaurants.
  • Complete detailed reviews of brand merchandising guides and coordinate discussions for alignment.
  • Maintain and support all aspects of Digital Menu Board (DMB) content across locations, ensuring vendor portal uploads and updating documentation.
  • Execute content updates for DMBs, including LTO launches, removals, and sold-out solutions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of panel configurations and rotations for unique DMB setups.
  • Monitor timelines and dependencies for DMB-related updates across teams.
  • Ensure accuracy of menu configurations, including market tests and localized offerings.
  • Communicate operational issues (e.g., equipment outages) to field teams.
  • Maintain Rack-n-Stack hierarchy and system configurations for Drive-Thru Director (DTD).
  • Support site lifecycle updates, including openings, remodels, and closures.
  • Address and resolve Helpdesk escalations related to DTD.
  • Plan and implement required configuration changes to Chef, DMB, and DTD systems to support remodel activity.
  • Maintain and update tracking tools, including surveys and operational spreadsheets.
  • Execute price comparisons to support SOX controls and distribute findings.
  • Draft, obtain approval, and distribute internal communications.
